Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support a range of Southampton primary schools. You will work with pupils across EYFS to KS2, assisting class teachers and delivering engaging activities. Flexible day-to-day work or long-term roles offer variety and stability.

Competitive pay from £14.25 per hour, with DBS Update Service preferred or willingness to apply. Prospero provides ongoing consultant support and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• UK school-based experience is essential.
• Positive, proactive attitude and passion for supporting children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, flexibility and willingness to get involved.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
