The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to support children with their learning and development. You will assist in lessons, deliver small group activities, and provide targeted 1:1 support to pupils where needed. This role offers the chance to work across different year groups, giving you a broad understanding of the primary curriculum in a positive and structured learning environment, and helping you to discover which KeyStage you are best suited to.
