Milk Education are currently working with an SEN school in Islington who are looking to appoint Graduates for the academic year (September 2024- July 2025) on a full time basis. You will be working with students that require both academic and pastoral support to ensure they are reaching their expected levels of progress.

You will have the opportunity to work with students on a 1:1 basis providing tailored intervention sessions as well as supporting full class teachers in the classroom. There will also be opportunities to cover lessons gaining invaluable experience prior to starting a PGCE or schools direct teacher training programme.

We are looking for aspiring teachers who have graduated in any of the following categories;

• Maths
• Science
• Humanities (History, Geography, RE)
• Languages
• Art and Design
• Psychology or Social Sciences
• Sport & Physical Activity

Key criteria:

• Must have a university degree 2:2 or above
• Previous experience of working with young people would be beneficial but not essential

• Must be able to provide a minimum of two references within the past two years
