Protocol Education is partnering with a welcoming Redbridge secondary school seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time.

What We’re Looking For:

• A recent graduate with enthusiasm, energy and a passion for education.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Some experience working with young people (volunteering, tutoring, mentoring, etc).
• Flexible, proactive and ready to contribute from day one.
• Interest in pursuing a career in teaching, SEN or education in general.
• An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers to deliver engaging, interactive lessons.
• Working one-on-one or with small groups to support students needing extra assistance.
• Assisting with resource preparation and classroom setup.
• Encouraging students to reach their academic and personal best.
• Monitoring student progress and sharing observations with teaching staff.
