We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to develop their skills in a classroom setting, particularly within an SEN environment.
The Role:
Supporting students with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
Assisting class teachers in delivering tailored learning activities.
Helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Monitoring student progress and providing feedback.
Promoting independence, confidence and emotional wellbeing among pupils.
Ideal Candidate:
Holds a degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, English, Maths, Science or a related subject (or is due to graduate this summer).
Has a genuine interest in working with children with additional needs.
Is confident, patient, and adaptable in a school setting.
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is looking to build a career in education, teaching, or child development.
