We are looking forenthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistantsto join Teahching Personnel, to work closesly with fanatastic Primary and Secondary SEN Schools across Lancashire! This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and work in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Location:All of Lancashire including; Preston, Chorley, Leyland, Blackpool, East Lancashire
Hours:08.30-3.30; Monday to Friday
Start Date:ASAP.

Your Role:

- Supporting students with a range of special educational needs in the classroom
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and adapting materials to suit students' needs
- Encouraging independence and confidence in pupils
- Helping create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Providing emotional and behavioral support where needed

What we are looking for:

- A passion for working with children with SEN
- A relevant qualification (or currently studying at postgraduate level) in a relevant field (Education, Psychology, SEN, etc.)
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
- A proactive and positive attitude
