About the Graduate Teaching Assistant role

* Assist with young people’s learning across the national curriculum in core subjects such as Maths and English, as well as foundation subjects like PE and Music.
* A perfect stepping stone for individuals aspiring to become qualified teachers.

What we need from you

* A recent graduate with a 2:2 degree or above.
* Experience working with children – for example, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, childcare, assisting in a nursery, or similar classroom experience.
* Confidence in communicating with parents, students, and members of the public.
* Enthusiastic and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, including those with special educational needs.
* Resilient and confident in managing challenging behaviour.
