Job summary

Gravita Business Services Ltd. is recruiting graduates for a structured Tax Service Line apprenticeship across London, Oxford or Bristol. You will study towards the ATT Level 4 qualification while gaining hands-on experience in high-quality accounting services.

The programme combines tutor-led courses, private study, exams and on-the-job learning, with paid study leave and coverage of course fees. You’ll work with clients from diverse industries and interact with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline is required.
• GCSE Maths grade 5 (or B) or equivalent.
• GCSE English Language grade 5 (or B) or equivalent.
• 120 UCAS points from your top 3 grades under the 2017 tariff (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support the Tax Service Line delivering high-quality services to clients.
• Learn from Tax accounting experts and gain exposure to senior leaders.
• Interact with clients and colleagues using Gravita’s tech-enabled approach.
• Engage with the ATT Level 4 apprenticeship rotation programme and exams.

We’re reinventing the world of accounting for good! To help us achieve this, we’re looking for the next generation of forward-thinking accountants to join our Tax Service Line in London, Oxford or Bristol.

As part of the Tax team, you’ll provide high-quality accounting services to clients while studying towards the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) Level 4 qualification through a structured rotation apprenticeship programme. This programme is designed to develop not only your technical expertise but also your personal and professional skills.

Training includes a mix of tutor-led courses, private study, regular exams, and on-the-job learning. You’ll receive paid study leave to prepare for exams, and we’ll cover all course and exam fees.

We’re looking for ambitious graduates who have the following qualifications:

• 2:1(or equivalent) undergraduate degree in any discipline

• Minimum Grade 5 or B GCSE Maths (or equivalent)

• Minimum Grade 5 or B GCSE English Language(or equivalent)

• 120 UCAS points from your top 3 grades, excluding General Studies under the 2017 tariff point system at A Level (300 UCAS points pre-2017), or equivalent.
