Job summary

Gravita Business Services Ltd. in London is launching a Graduate Audit Programme starting Summer 2027. You will combine college-based learning with hands-on accounting experience, gaining exposure to a diverse client base and senior leaders.

You will receive regular support, paid study leave, and the company covers exam costs, with a pathway to permanent employment upon successful completion of training.

Qualifications

• 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• GCSE Maths grade B (or 5) required.
• GCSE English Language grade B (or 5) required.
• 120 UCAS points from top 3 grades under the 2017 tariff point system (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Work with over 30 clients from a wide range of industries to gain maximum experience.
• Liaise directly with CEOs, CFOs, Financial Directors and entrepreneurs from ambitious startups and growing businesses.
• Learn from accounting experts with years of SME experience.
• Be part of an engaged, inclusive, motivated and accountable team aligned behind shared values.

Starting in Summer 2027, this programme combines college-based learning with hands-on, practical experience. You'll benefit from paid study leave, and we'll cover the cost of your exams.

Throughout the programme, you'll receive regular check-ins and ongoing support to help you grow and succeed. Our goal is for you to join us permanently once you've completed your training.

We're looking for ambitious graduates who have the following qualifications:

• 2:1(or equivalent) undergraduate degree in any discipline

• Minimum Grade 5 or B GCSE Maths (or equivalent)

• Minimum Grade 5 or B GCSE English Language(or equivalent)

• 120 UCAS points from your top 3 grades, excluding General Studies under the 2017 tariff point system at A Level (300 UCAS points pre-2017), or equivalent.
