Gravita, a full-service, tech-enabled accounting firm, offers a graduate programme in Bristol starting Summer 2027. The scheme blends college-based learning with hands-on experience, with paid study leave and the company covering exam costs.

You will work with over 30 clients across industries, gain exposure to Partners and Executive team, and liaise with CEOs and entrepreneurs from ambitious startups. You’ll learn from seasoned accounting experts within an inclusive, values-driven team.

Formación

• 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline (required).
• GCSE Maths grade B (or equivalent) required.
• GCSE English Language grade B (or equivalent) required.
• UCAS points: 120 from top 3 grades under the 2017 tariff (or equivalent).

We’re reinventing the world of accounting for good! To help us achieve this, we’re looking for the next generation of forward-thinking accountants to join our Audit Service Line in Bristol.

Starting in Summer 2027, this programme combines college-based learning with hands-on, practical experience. You’ll benefit from paid study leave, and we’ll cover the cost of your exams.

Throughout the programme, you’ll receive regular check-ins and ongoing support to help you grow and succeed. Our goal is for you to join us permanently once you’ve completed your training.

We’re looking for ambitious graduates who have the following qualifications:

• 2:1 (or equivalent) undergraduate degree in any discipline

• Minimum Grade 5 or B GCSE Maths (or equivalent)

• Minimum Grade 5 or B GCSE English Language (or equivalent)

• 120 UCAS points from your top 3 grades, excluding General Studies under the 2017 tariff point system at A Level (300 UCAS points pre-2017), or equivalent.
