Qualifications

• Academic achievement with an accredited RICS degree (essential) or dual RTPI/RICS accreditation.
• Curiosity and ambition to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyse and present a range of property data.
• Inspect, measure and value a range of property types across the UK.
• Appraise property using sector-specific valuation software.
• Attend client meetings, contribute to pitches and presentations, and provide written advice for clients.
• Work directly with Montagu Evans Associates and Partners on a day-to-day basis.
• Liaise and collaborate with internal departments and external consultants (architects, solicitors, building surveyors and others).
• Enjoy a collaborative can-do culture with work/life balance and flexible working.
• Any additional duties as reasonably requested
