Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's Northern Land, Development and Planning team in Manchester is seeking a Graduate Surveyor or newly qualified Surveyor to support residential and development advisory work across the North West. You will work with an experienced team on major regeneration projects and provide market analysis, viability appraisals and client-facing advice.

The role offers hybrid working, exposure to high-profile schemes, and opportunities for APC/Chartered progression.

Qualifications

RICS qualified or working towards APC/Chartered
Excellent report writing and data analysis
Advanced Excel skills
Experience in viability assessments or residual valuations
Interest in residential development and regeneration

Responsibilities

Carry out research in residential and commercial sectors to inform market reports and pricing
Produce high quality market reports and pricing assessments for residential developers
Create development/viability appraisals and viability reports to inform land values and planning matters
Provide commercial input into master planning and delivery strategies
Assist with procurement and structuring of development agreements/partnerships
Support marketing and disposal of development land including tender management and bid evaluation
