Rapleys in Manchester invites graduates to join its Graduate Programme across Building Surveying, Commercial and Planning. The scheme runs from September 2027 with four two-month rotations across divisions, giving hands-on exposure to APC qualification and real client projects from day one.

You’ll receive mentor support, regular reviews and practical experience designed to progress toward MRICS or MRTPI, with a permanent contract on completion of the programme.

Responsabilidades

• Rotate through four divisions over two-month blocks to gain cross-disciplinary exposure.
• Attend client meetings and undertake site inspections during rotations.
• Assist with planning applications and appeals as part of project work.
• Support lease renewals, valuations and related reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines on client projects.
