Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Manchester is launching a two-year Building Surveying Graduate Programme (2027) designed to train you through the full lifecycle of commercial buildings, including surveys, schedules of condition, and project involvement across the UK and possibly Europe.

As a Building Surveyor on the programme, you will attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and work toward RICS APC status by programme end. Expected to develop specialist expertise within Building Surveying.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree in Building Surveying or a related field; RICS accreditation status considered.
• GCSEs with Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
• Eligibility to work in the UK by start of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building surveys and prepare schedules of condition.
• Advise on repairs, maintenance and restoration options.
• Assist in dilapidations, construction projects and APC pathway.
• Attend client meetings and site visits.
