Job summary

KC Group is seeking a motivated Graduate Surveyor to join its Professional Services team. This is a great entry point to gain practical surveying experience and work toward MRICS qualification, with exposure to agency and property management.

You will assist with rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations, support landlord and tenant matters, conduct inspections and market research, and help prepare professional reports under guidance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related field (RICS-accredited preferred).
• Strong ambition to achieve MRICS qualification.
• Good communication, numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT literacy.
• A full UK driving licence.

Graduate Surveyor

An established and growing commercial property consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Surveyor to join their Professional Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience, develop their surveying skills and work towards MRICS qualification. You will also gain exposure to commercial agency and property management, providing a broad understanding of the commercial property sector.

Working alongside experienced surveyors, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with rent reviews, lease renewals and property valuations.
• Supporting landlord and tenant matters, lease advisory work and negotiations.
• Conducting property inspections, measurements and market research.
• Reviewing lease documentation and preparing professional reports.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors and other property professionals.
• Supporting senior surveyors with ongoing instructions.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Real Estate, Property Management or a related discipline, preferably RICS-accredited.
• A strong ambition to achieve MRICS qualification.
• Good communication, numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• A full UK driving licence.

Previous experience is not essential, as training and support will be provided.
