Job Summary:

Altus Group is hiring Graduate Surveyors across multiple locations including Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham, Dartford, Heathrow, London, Reigate, and Bristol. The successful candidates will join teams with experts in lease consultancy, investor services, and business rates surveyors. The Graduate Surveyor role involves property inspections, research, and supporting senior surveyors. No prior commercial or valuations experience is necessary; a passion for commercial real estate is key. Training will be provided, including property referencing, valuation, lease consultancy, and business rates legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and measure client properties
• Manage client cases
• Assist surveyors in evidence collation
• Prepare assessment reports, analyze, investigate, and gather evidence for business rates appeals
• Formulate appeals
• Maintain company records and databases
• Communicate with clients verbally and in writing
• Deliver excellent client service and handle queries effectively
• Achieve team KPIs and contribute to overall team success

Key Qualifications:

• University degree, preferably in Real Estate or related field
• Full driving license and access to a car (not essential for central London)
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• High attention to detail
