Graduate / Junior Infrastructure Surveyor - AssocRICS or MRICS
Hybrid/Flexible | Full Time | Permanent
£35K P/A + Car/Allowance

Just qualified as a surveyor and looking for a new direction? This is a great opportunity for recently qualified AssocRICS or MRICS surveyors to kick-start their career in infrastructure. You'll join a friendly, supportive team working on exciting utility and infrastructure projects across the UK.

If you've trained in building, rural, or commercial surveying but want to explore a different area, our client will provide the support and training needed to build your knowledge in infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting infrastructure projects
• Leading meetings & discussions surrounding right of way and acquisition of rights
• Issuing CPOs (compulsory purchase orders) and Statutory Notices to landowners
• Negotiating and issuing compensation to landowners
• Managing key relationships and site visits
• Participating in planning, project delivery, and client support
• Learning from experienced surveyors to grow your skills quickly
