Job summary

Agilité Solutions is seeking a Graduate Supply Chain Coordinator in the UK to launch a career across procurement, logistics, and project management for high-profile workplace, retail and hospitality projects.

You will learn supplier relationship management, procurement activities, material delivery coordination, and data analysis while contributing to project delivery from conception to completion.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Good analytical and organisational skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced international environment.
• Interest in procurement, logistics, supplier management, and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement team in sourcing materials, goods, and services for construction projects.
• Coordinate and support the organisation of supplier forums, fostering collaboration and effective communication with key suppliers.
• Assist with supplier communication, quotation requests, and purchase order processing.
• Help maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support supplier performance monitoring and data accuracy.
