Worcester Bosch is seeking a Graduate in the Planning & Procurement team within the Logistics department. You will help ensure product availability, support customer service, inventory performance and business growth.

You will work with colleagues across logistics, manufacturing and a global supplier base, gaining hands-on experience and structured development in supply chain planning and procurement while making a tangible contribution.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in supply chain, planning or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Support planning team activities to ensure finished goods availability and high service levels.
• Prepare and maintain planning, procurement and inventory data and KPI tracking.
• Assist with reporting, KPI tracking and data analysis for decision support.
• Support SAP master data maintenance to ensure accuracy in planning systems.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Provide cross-functional project support – SAP4 activities.
• Schedule raw materials to support production and spares.
• Develop system knowledge with ERP and planning tools over time.
