The role sits within the Careers Network and reports to senior leadership, with responsibilities across coaching, partnership development and program delivery.

You will lead a new team, manage budgets, and work in a flexible hybrid environment.

• Ability to manage budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead a rolling portfolio of strategic projects to enhance employability, career potential and graduate outcomes.
• Provide coaching and guidance to students or graduates to support progression.
• Manage and develop partnerships with employers and stakeholders to deliver programmes.
• Oversee operational budget for the projects and ensure financial sustainability.
