Job summary

Ridge is inviting graduates to join its Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme in our London office. This two-year scheme develops the next generation of Built Environment professionals with hands-on experience in structural analysis and design on diverse projects.

You’ll learn from experienced engineers, be mentored, and have opportunities for professional chartership support and CPD through webinars, courses and masterclasses.

Qualifications

• 2:1 bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering expected in 2026 or 2027
• A strong interest in structural analysis and design with practical learning on live projects
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn within a collaborative engineering team
• Passion for the built environment and its impact on communities and society

Responsibilities

• Two-year programme focusing on on‑the‑job learning in structural engineering
• Work on new-build and refurbishment projects across sectors
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and contractors to develop and deliver engineering solutions
