Job summary

Ridge & Partners Llp in Manchester is launching the Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme for a Graduate Structural Engineer. You will gain hands-on experience on new-build and refurbishment projects, developing skills in structural analysis and design across multiple materials.

You’ll work with clients, architects and engineers while being mentored by experienced professionals, with dedicated training, CPD, and progression into your chartership.

Qualifications

• 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or an equivalent
• Availability to start full-time from September 2027
• Permanent Right to Work in the UK and no visa sponsorship required
• Curious and eager to learn
• Passion for the Built Environment and its impact on communities and society

Responsibilities

• Engage in on-the-job learning on new-build and refurbishment projects across sectors
• Develop practical experience in structural analysis and design across materials
• Coordinate designs with the wider project team including clients, architects, engineers and contractors
• Work alongside experienced professionals to understand how successful projects are developed and delivered
