Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP in London invites applications for Civil Engineering graduates to join our Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will gain on-the-job learning across development and infrastructure projects, supported by technical analysis and design coordination.

You will work with clients, architects, engineers, planners and contractors, gaining a rounded understanding of how projects are developed and delivered.

Qualifications

• I have or am predicted a 2:1 bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• I am available to start work full-time from September 2027.
• I have a permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship.
• I am curious and eager to learn.
• I am passionate about the Built Environment - don’t take this one lightly! We love what we do and the Built Environment plays a vital role in the future of communities and society.

Responsibilities

• Join a two-year programme with on-the-job learning across development and infrastructure projects.
• Build practical experience in infrastructure design, highways, drainage, earthworks and external works.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, planners and contractors.
• Develop professionally toward chartership with mentoring and CPD opportunities.
