The programme includes a three-year early careers soft skills development track, mentorship, and a hybrid working policy. We expect graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related fields, with less than 12 months of relevant experience,

Qualifications

• Graduates with a Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or closely related field.
• Eligible for UK security clearance where required by projects.
• Less than 12 months of relevant experience (placements excluded).
• Master's may be essential for some opportunities as indicated in the application form.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of structural solutions for buildings and infrastructure.
• Prepare calculations, reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Develop design options and contribute to feasibility studies.
• Undertake detailed design using concrete, steel, and other materials.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Support site visits, inspections, and construction activities.
