Job summary

RGB Recruitment is assisting a well-established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Bristol to strengthen its building structures team. They seek a Graduate Structural Engineer to contribute to design and delivery of high-quality building structures across varied sectors.

You will work with senior engineers and project teams, gaining exposure to diverse schemes while developing technical and practical skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
• UK consultancy experience in building structures is preferred.
• Understanding of structural design in steel, concrete, masonry and timber.

Responsibilities

• Assist with structural design and analysis of building structures across sectors.
• Prepare calculations, sketches and design information under guidance of senior engineers.
• Collaborate with technicians to translate design intent into drawings and models.
• Attend meetings, site visits and design reviews, contributing to coordination.
• Develop engineering judgement to deliver buildable, efficient structural solutions.
