In order to be considered for this Graduate Structural Engineer role, you should:

1. Have gained a Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (2:1 or First class)
2. Have a desire to learn and progress in a structural design environment
3. Ideally have a working knowledge of CAD
4. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Work well as part of a collaborative, close-knit design team
6. Possession of a driving license for site visits would be beneficial but is not essential
