As a GROW graduate, you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to help you gain the skills you require to succeed.

As an engineer joining GROW, you will be given the opportunity to specialise within your chosen discipline of engineering, and we ensure you obtain the appropriate experiences needed to become a technical expert. Being an Engineer at Arcadis involves applying a human perspective to your technical expertise, making an impact through innovation and creativity. During our three-year programme, you will develop core engineering and consulting techniques applicable while working with clients in the UK and potentially internationally.

At Arcadis, we pride ourselves on our extensive history of involvement in iconic bridges worldwide, such as the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Humber Bridge, Victoria Falls Bridge, and the Millau Viaduct. You will be part of an established community, supported by experts, undertaking feasibility studies, design, and site supervision on bridge and civil structures projects in Highways and Rail. Working in teams of various sizes, you will help develop digital and sustainable solutions for our clients, gaining diverse project experience, including HS2, Lower Thames Crossing, heritage bridges over the Thames, moving bridges in London, and iconic bridges in Texas, New Zealand, Cardiff, or Belgium.

• Accepted degrees: BEng or MEng (or MSc) in Structural Engineering, Civil & Structures Engineering, or Civil Engineering

Qualifications & Experience:

• You will be graduating in or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadis skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and being a team player.
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (we embrace virtual working where possible).
