Job summary

Millfield School in the United Kingdom is seeking recent sports graduates for the 2027/28 Sports Coach Graduate year. You will coach across football, hockey, netball and rugby, plan sessions, and support student athlete development in a high‑calibre environment.

You'll participate in a formal PD programme overseen by the Deputy Director of Sport, gaining exposure to athletic development, performance analysis, nutrition and specialist coaching.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (by July 2027) in Sports Science, Sports Coaching, Sports Management or related subject.
• Experience playing your sport to a good standard.
• Enthusiasm, reliability and willingness to get involved.
• Coaching qualifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on coaching experience – Help plan and deliver sessions and support the development of our student athletes.
• Learn from the experts – Gain exposure to athletic development, performance analysis, nutrition and specialist coaching.
• Take part in a formal personal development programme overseen by the Deputy Director of Sport and supported by expert colleagues.
• Experience Millfield – Work in an incredible sporting environment with facilities including an Olympic‑sized swimming pool and state‑of‑the‑art pitches.
