Job summary

Qualifications

• We are seeking graduates or candidates with relevant SEND experience.
• Support pupils with significant and complex SEND needs in the SEND Hub.
• Work closely with the SENCO, Assistant SENCO, teachers and families.
• Be reflective, emotionally resilient and proactive in supporting learning.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils’ access to learning, communication, regulation and independence.
• Prepare resources and contribute to planning for learning and individual plans.
• Help implement EHCP outcomes under the direction of the SENCO and Assistant SENCO.
