GradBay invites applications for its Technology Graduate Programme – Software Engineering. This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working with in-office days Tue–Thu and remote Mon/Fri. Salary £46,500 in Nottingham or £55,500 in London, plus a £5,000 joining bonus.

• Final year or recent graduate (2026/2027).
• Strong foundation in coding with at least one programming language.
• Right to work in the UK (including student/graduate visa routes).
• Interest in software engineering and learning.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotations across core engineering teams.
• Develop features and APIs as part of production code.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams.
• Contribute to digital products that improve customer experiences.
