Job summary

RSE Water in Leeds is launching its 2027 Graduate Programme for software engineers. As a Graduate, you’ll split time between design and delivery, supported by expert mentors and a structured development plan.

We’re looking for new graduates in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields who have strong IT skills, excellent communication and are ready to work in a fast-paced MEICA environment. Driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, Controls & Automation or Robotics degree or engineering equivalent in the last 2 years or on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office - Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing/adaptable to working within an energetic and reactive team environment and have the ability to think outside of the box.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Support both design and delivery of software solutions within the team.
• Work closely with mentors and peers to develop skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to project tasks and learn through the 24-month programme.
