Ross-Shire Engineering Limited (RSE) invites applications for the RSE Graduate Programme Intake 2027. As a Graduate Software Engineer, you’ll join a 24‑month development path across design and delivery, supported by expert mentors and hands‑on experience in water sector projects.

You’ll need a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Controls & Automation or Robotics, or an engineering equivalent, plus strong IT skills, and a willingness to work in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Controls & Automation or Robotics, or engineering equivalent.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness/adaptability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
