Job summary

RSE invites applications for its Graduate Software Engineer position as part of the 24‑month Graduate Programme. You will work across design and delivery areas, contributing to innovative software for the water sector while receiving expert mentorship and tailored development opportunities.

Successful graduates will experience salary progression, formal chartership guidance, and a clear path to a permanent role within RSE after completing the programme.

Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Controls & Automation or Robotics or engineering equivalent, within last 2 years or on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills with MS Office suite, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, energetic team environment and think creatively.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
