Job summary

WTW in the Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) team invites graduates to join an entry-level role designed to develop core software engineering skills. You’ll work with skilled colleagues on real client-focused projects and gain hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle.

The programme emphasizes on-the-job learning, certifications, and exposure to Generative AI and cloud deployments, with an in-person office presence required at least three days a week.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree-qualified in a numerate, technical or analytical discipline.
• A* in Maths and an A in two further subjects at A Level or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in a software development language and web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience in all aspects of software development from design to test automation.
• Understand client needs and solve their problems.
• Work on prototypes and new services and algorithms.
• Develop high-performance, scalable software across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging user interfaces with clean design.
• Deliver quality products using modern test and automation techniques.
• Gaining hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and techniques and apply outputs responsibly.
• Deploy solutions to complex IT infrastructures and cloud environments.
