Job summary

WTW is recruiting graduates into an entry-level Software Development role within the Insurance Consulting and Technology team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across design, coding, testing, and operations while learning from skilled colleagues in ICT.

Expect to work on prototypes and new services, develop scalable software, and create engaging interfaces. Three days per week in the office, with exposure to Generative AI tools and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree in a numerate, technical or analytical field required.
• A* in Maths and A in two other A-Levels or equivalent.
• Proficiency in at least one software language such as C#, C++, Java or Python and web tech (HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong numerical, analytical problem solving and teamwork skills.
• Interest in current and emerging technologies and software development basics.

Responsibilities

• Join Insurance Technology team and learn across design, coding, testing and operations.
• Work on prototypes, new services and algorithms to solve client problems.
• Develop high-performance, scalable software across diverse platforms.
• Create clean user interfaces and deliver quality products with modern testing techniques.
• Gain hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and responsible AI outputs.
• Deploy solutions to cloud environments in complex IT infrastructures.
