MBDA UK is offering a Software Engineer - Graduate Programme for 2027. The role spans embedded and front-end software development across Windows and Linux, using C, C++, C#, and Java.

You’ll join a two-year programme with a structured development path and opportunities to travel, with a management assurance process and BPSS checks after offer. Starting salary is £31,900 with a £3,000 joining bonus; the programme includes an annual salary review, a company bonus, and extensive career development

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing/Computer Science, Engineering (incl. Aeronautical/Aerospace, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical or Software), Mathematics, Physics or relevant STEM discipline to a minimum 2:2.

Responsibilities

• Work with embedded and front-end software development on Windows and Linux.
• Contribute to software life cycle and agile project management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments and learn a broad business overview.
• Participate in the Software Engineering Challenge and travel opportunities.
