Landbay, a leading mortgage platform in the UK, is hiring a Graduate Software Engineer in London. You will work on production systems with AI-assisted tools, mentor-mentee pairing, and take ownership of software and infrastructure as you grow.

The role spans application code, APIs, cloud infra, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, security and production support, with a collaborative team and strong peer feedback.

Qualifications

• Good practical Java experience from degree work, a placement, internship or substantial project.
• Comfort with everyday Git: commits, branches, merges and conflict resolution.
• Basic Linux command line and shell scripting basics.
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, testing and REST APIs.
• Experience designing and building a meaningful software project and explaining trade-offs.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to real production systems with modern AI-assisted development tools.
• Own software and infrastructure you create with team support over time.
• Collaborate with senior engineers through pairing and code reviews.
• Help evolve a substantial platform delivering buy-to-let mortgage experiences.
