Job summary

MBDA UK is offering a Graduate Software Engineer Programme for 2027. You'll develop software for weapon systems, working across embedded and frontend domains on Windows and Linux using C, C++, C#, and Java.

You'll participate in a structured 2-year programme with placement rotations, ongoing training, and opportunities to travel. On-site work five days per week, BPSS checks required, and a competitive salary with a joining bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing/CS/Engineering or STEM with minimum 2:2.
• Knowledge of C, C++, C#, Java.
• Willingness to work on-site five days a week and undergo BPSS checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop software across embedded and front-end domains on Windows and Linux.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across MBDA and participate in software lifecycle activities.
