Job summary

Content Guru is seeking high-calibre graduates to join our application engineering team as Software Developers in Bracknell. You will contribute to writing C# back-end code, design components, test thoroughly and collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver mission-critical cloud communications solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM/CS required.
• Strong experience developing commercial projects in C#.
• Experience with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Experience in Agile environments, Scrum.
• Knowledge of OWASP ASVS or equivalent security standards.
• Experience with .NET 5 or 6.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js.
• Experience containerising apps with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Write code in C#, design architecture for new components and gain sign-off.
• Work in an Agile team to develop back-end features to meet requirements.
• Test features to ensure correct performance in all cases.
• Collaborate with QA to validate builds for launch.
• Maintain and upgrade the platform, follow change procedures.
• Peer review colleagues’ code and share improvement ideas.
• Stay updated with new technologies and pilot prototypes when needed.
