As an engineer joining GROW, you will have the opportunity to specialise within your chosen discipline of engineering. We ensure you obtain the appropriate experiences needed to become a technical expert. Being an Engineer at Arcadis involves applying a human perspective to technical expertise, making an impact through innovation and creativity. During this three-year programme, you will develop core engineering and consulting techniques applicable when working with clients in the UK and potentially internationally.

The EAM product development teams are responsible for building enterprise asset management products delivered to transportation clients in the UK and North America to improve operational efficiency and asset management excellence. We offer opportunities within our build teams to grow your technical expertise and career. In your role, you'll work alongside experienced software developers, solution engineers, product owners, and business analysts to design, develop, and maintain innovative features within our products, serving recognizable transportation clients across the UK and North America.

Accepted Degrees: BEng/BSc/MEng/MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Qualifications & Experience:

• You will be graduating in or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadis skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and being a team player.
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (we embrace virtual working where possible).
