Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Graduate Site Engineer to support on-site construction activities and learn under experienced engineers. The role focuses on assisting daily site management, coordinating activities, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will contribute to site planning, documentation, and liaison with subcontractors while pursuing a comprehensive graduate development program and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Recent degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Keen interest in construction industry and eagerness to learn.
