Dunton Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Graduate Site Administrator to support live projects and assist project managers, site teams and engineers across the business. You’ll help keep information accurate, organise documents and ensure site processes run smoothly.

This entry-level role is a stepping stone into construction delivery, with no required years of experience. You’ll be encouraged to learn, develop skills and take on increasing responsibility.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and start a career in construction administration.
• Good IT and data handling abilities are essential.

Responsabilités

• Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports.
• Keep project trackers and information up to date.
• Support timesheets, project costing, purchase orders and material requests.
• Help check and process payment information.
• Organise project files and prepare documents.
• Maintain training records and site personnel certificates.
• Assist health & safety administration, supplies and site signage.
• Coordinate access to sites with departments and subcontractors teams.
