Salary:£480 - £530 per week – From September 2025 - July 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the class teacher to provide targeted support for students in the classroom
• Support children with an EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan), working alongside the SEN team
• Lead both 1:1 and small group sessions, inside and outside the classroom, to boost students' academic progress
• Plan and resource engaging intervention sessions to meet the needs of individual students
• Work closely with other professionals to assess and support students’ development
• Offer essential pastoral support, ensuring students feel safe, secure, and valued at school
