We are seeking a dedicated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at primary schools in Chelmsford. As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with special educational needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt learning materials as necessary.
