Qualifications

• Degree in Education, SEN, Psychology, Childhood Studies, or related discipline.
• Patient, adaptable and empathetic approach to learning and behaviour support.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Support primary-aged pupils in the SEN unit with complex needs.
• Assist in implementing tailored learning and sensory strategies (e.g., sensory diets).
• Support functional communication methods such as PECS and Signalong.
• Contribute to a nurturing, supportive learning environment under SENCO guidance.
