Our Graduate Management Scheme is designed for ambitious graduates who want hands‑on experience across sales, operations, leadership, and campaign management, with a structured pathway into management.

About The Graduate Scheme

This is a full‑time, structured development programme starting in January 2026. You will begin in front‑line sales and fundraising, learning the foundation of our business, and then progress through different areas to gain a 360° understanding of operations and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent national and international non‑profit organisations at live events and pop‑up locations
• Deliver face‑to‑face customer engagement and campaign promotion
• Learn core sales techniques, performance tracking, and compliance standards
• Support daily event operations and logistics
• Work alongside team leaders to understand campaign management
• Assist with onboarding and coaching new starters
• Participate in structured leadership and business training
• Contribute to team performance targets and campaign growth
• Progress into campaign supervision and team leadership responsibilities over time

Requirements
