Job summary

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing Watford-based business that's expanding its Community Outreach and Customer Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate looking to gain practical experience in sales, business development, customer engagement, and relationship management.

No previous sales experience is required. If you're motivated to learn, enjoy working with people, and are looking for genuine career progression, full training and ongoing mentoring will be provided from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Sales Trainee, you'll engage directly with customers through community outreach campaigns across Watford and the surrounding areas, helping to promote products and services while building lasting customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers through face-to-face community outreach campaigns.
• Building rapport and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Promoting products and services while identifying customer needs.
• Supporting registrations, applications, and sales processes.

• Total earnings range between £1,935 and £2000 per calendar month, made up of a minimum weekly pay plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
