Job Opportunity: Graduate Sales Trainee

Join a leading IT distribution company as a Graduate Sales Trainee based in Crawley. This role offers a fantastic entry point into the IT and sales industry, with excellent career progression opportunities.

The company is a prominent distributor of IT equipment, serving clients such as Barclays, HSBC, MOD, Google, Microsoft, Cambridge University, and Oxford University. They supply products used to build and test IT infrastructure networks for sectors including banking, government, and education.

Role Overview

Based in Crawley, your initial focus will be on product and sales training for the first three months. Post-training, you'll be introduced to sales targets and will represent the company's full product range over the phone to new and existing customers, primarily IT installers working on large data centres.

Working closely with the General Manager and sales team, you'll develop industry knowledge, skills, and your own projects. Although initially office-based, there will be opportunities to meet clients face-to-face as you gain experience.
