Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is offering a graduate opportunity in internal sales within its UK group.

You will gain exposure across the business, learn product knowledge, systems training, and how the operation runs. Working in the internal sales team, you will assist customers with enquiries, provide product information, process orders and identify opportunities to grow sales, with mentoring from the Profit Centre Manager.

The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded, highly organised and ambitious graduate who enjoys taking ownership and building strong customer relationships.

Initially, you will gain exposure across the business, with your responsibility increasing as your knowledge and experience develops. Your first few months will focus on product knowledge, systems training and understanding how the business operates, providing a strong foundation for your career.

Working within the internal sales team, you will support customers with enquiries, provide product information, process orders and identify opportunities to develop sales. You will be mentored by the Profit Centre Manager, providing guidance and support as you develop.

The business has a strong track record of recognising and developing talent, with many people starting in similar positions and progressing to run businesses within the wider group.
