Bridgewater Recruitment Group is recruiting a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee in Southampton, offering industry-leading training, an uncapped bonus and a clear progression pathway into field sales and management.

The role sits within a national, high-revenue group, with structured training, real responsibility from day one and long-term career opportunities across the business.

Qualifications

• Recent degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop.
• Self-motivation and a proactive approach to work.
• Previous sales or customer service experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with business customers over the phone, delivering excellent service while identifying sales opportunities.
• Learn about the company's products, customers and commercial operations through a structured training programme.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and orders, ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout.
• Develop your sales, negotiation and commercial skills through both in-house and external training.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver the best possible experience for customers.
• Build towards a future field sales role by developing strong relationship-building, business development and account management skills.
